General Conditions

    1. Driving lessons are provided by LearnPDriving School & terms govern the agreement between the participant (“you”) and LearnPDriving School. Instructor is referred to as “we”, “our” and “us” in these terms and conditions. By booking a driving lesson (“Lesson”), you accept these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
    2. These Terms may be varied from time to time and will be updated on the website at You will be bound by the Terms you accept at the time of booking your lesson. If you book more than one lesson at the same time, the terms and conditions applicable at the time of booking will apply to each lesson booked at that time.
    3. Booking
      1. Lessons must be booked only by calling or text messages on 0401950730 authorized by us ( preferred method text).
      2. Standard lesson bookings can be any time prior to lesson time pending instructor availability. Lesson may be paid for at the beginning of the lesson or as otherwise agreed with the LearnPDriving School.
      3. we offer a variety of lesson products, accessibility of these products are dependent on the student’s skill level and experience.
      4. Duration of lessons includes briefing and de-briefing time. Lessons commence at a pick-up point determined at the time of booking unless otherwise agree with the Instructor.

    4. Payment Conditions
      1. All bookings must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of the lesson unless otherwise agreed with the LearnPDriving School. The Instructor is not obliged to provide you with a lesson if the lesson fee has not been paid in full. If the Instructor provides you with a lesson before the lesson fee has not been paid in full, any part of the lesson fee outstanding for the lesson is a debt due to us and payable immediately on demand.
      2. Payment can be made by cash, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Direct Deposit. Method of Payment acceptance and is agreed upon at the time of a booking.
      3. By booking a lesson, you warrant to us that you are 18 or more years of age or otherwise possess legal parental or guardian consent and that you are authorised and able to make payment in the manner selected by you and accepted by LearnPDriving School. You also warrant to us that all information given by you to us (including your name, contact and address details) is correct.
      4. All mode of payment provided to the driving instructors or LearnPDriving School will be issued with a written Tax invoice.
      5. If you purchase a package deal and cannot complete the required number of driving lessons in the package before passing your final drive, the cost of the driving lessons will be reverted to an individual lessons price. Admin fee of $60.00 is deducted from any refund offered by LearnPDriving School for the balance paid to the client.
    5. Fees and cancellations/rescheduled bookings
      1. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge at any time 48 hours before your appointment.
        If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the following applies:

        4 hours or less including “no show” Full fee price is charged
        48 hours before scheduled appointment 50% of the schedule lesson fee is charged
      2. We reserve the right to reschedule a lesson subject to the provision of reasonable notice by sms only. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a lesson where you are unfit to operate a vehicle as reasonably determined by us.
      3. If you arrive late for a lesson the Instructor may cancel your booked lesson or only be able to offer you the remaining lesson time, if they are committed to another lesson after and you will be charged for the full lesson cost.
      4. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notifying us, we reserve the right (at instructor’s reasonable discretion) to cancel the lesson and charge the lesson fees
      5. If you do not attend a lesson (No Show) we reserve the right to cancel the lesson and charge the full lesson fee.
    6. Lessons
      1. Driving lessons commence and end at the Pre-determined pick-up/drop off point, determined at the time of booking the lesson. The duration of a standard driving lesson is one hour, including lesson briefing and de-briefing.
      2. Parents are well advised and welcome to “sit in”on a few lessons by our Driving Instructor who can also advise how to get maximum value from on road experience. One such lesson will be free when provided by a keys2drive accredited driver trainer. We allow parents to “sit in” for first two lessons .
    7. Provision of Lessons
      1. You must hold a current Australian Driving licence or equivalent overseas license and carry it with you at all times during a lesson.
      2. Mobile phones must be switched off prior to entering the driving simulator or training vehicle
      3. You must be ready to commence the lesson 10 minutes prior to the agreed time. If you do not turn up at the agreed time for your lesson, your instructor will wait 10 minutes and may at the instructor’s reasonable discretion deduct this from the total lesson time. If you turn up outside these times, your instructor may in his/her reasonable discretion choose not to proceed with the lesson and in such circumstances you will be liable for the cost of the lesson.
      4. While every endeavor is made to commence the lesson at the scheduled time and with the scheduled instructor, no responsibility can be taken for circumstances beyond our control which may delay the start time or result in a change of instructor. If there are circumstances beyond our control which have delayed the start time of your lesson, we will offer you the full lesson time or, if that is not possible, we will offer you a lesson at another time
      5. You must comply with the instructions or directions of your instructor at all times, before and during a lesson.We reserve the right to terminate a lesson if:
        • you engage in any behavior that your instructor determines is reckless; or
        • you fail to comply with the instructions or directions of your instructor before or during a lesson; or
        • you fail to comply with any special conditions on your license, i.e. wearing of glasses/contacts; or
        • your instructor has assessed your driving skills and competence and deems you to be unfit or unsafe to drive
        • you do not comply with the Learner’s Code of Conduct before or during the lesson. In the event that a lesson is terminated under the circumstances listed above you will be required to pay the full cost of the terminated lesson.
    8. Driving Test
      1. We are not aware of any testing route or test course of any RMS. However we do prepare our students for the RMS Driving Test Assessment in the relevant test area and we are familiar with the Test Relevant Areas
      2. If and when you are deemed competent by your instructor, your instructor, may arrange for you to sit your final test provided full payment for your driving test is received prior to the driving test being booked.
      3. Your instructor will only arrange for you to sit your Ps driving test if they deem you competent.
    9. Vehicles
      1. Instructor Supplied Vehicle: Driving lessons are provided in automatic transmission vehicles only.
      2. Instructor supplied vehicles may contain global positioning, monitoring & electronically recording systems with the capacity to identify the location of the vehicle and the manner in which it is operated for driving lesson & test purposes.
        Learnpdriving School may use and disclose your personal information and recording of lesson to related bodies
      3. When using an instructor’s car for a practical driving test with an RMS Examiner and the instructor is not present in the vehicle during the driving test or if the instructor is present and you fail to follow the directions given by the instructor during the lesson, you will be responsible for the lower of the cost of repairs relating to damage caused to the insurance excess applicable, should the vehicle be damaged.
      4. You will always be responsible for traffic infringement notices arising while driving our Vehicle.
    10. Fitness to drive
      1. In the interests of safety, your instructor may assess your driving skills and competence at any time throughout the course of the Competency Log Book
      2. If at any time you are assessed as unfit or unsafe to drive during a lesson and can cause a dangerous situation for other, your instructor may terminate the lesson immediately and may assume control of the vehicle and offer student to drop at their address. A full lesson fees will be charged
      3. Neither we nor our driving instructors accept any liability whatsoever for personal property that is left in any instructor supplied vehicle, your vehicle or on our premises.
      4. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any driving test or assessments you take.
    11. Privacy
      1. Learnpdriving School collects your personal information in order to provide lessons to you and to assess you’re driving skills and to assist in internal administration and operations including accounting, risk management, record keeping, archiving, and systems development and testing, and training. Learnpdriving School may use and disclose your personal information and recording of lesson to related bodies
    12. Reviews
      1. We encourage our student to write reviews who have used our services and encourage parents of the students to write a  reviews those who have attended the  lesson or have engaged with us. Incentives are offered equally to students likely to be complimentary and consumers likely to be critical, and positive and negative reviews are treated the same. Our students are expressly told that the incentive is available whether the review is positive or negative.
      2. We look at every review carefully ( Positive or negative) and go through our voice and video recording to analyse those.
      3. we have the right to take legal action against those who write reviews when they have not experienced the good or service reviewed or which do not reflect a genuinely held opinion.
      4. we have the right to take legal action against those who Solicit others to write reviews about our business  if they have not experienced the good  or service.
    13. Acknowledgements
      You acknowledge that:

      • The instructor has sole discretion as to whether a lesson will commence or continue
      • The participation in a lesson does not guarantee that you will acquire the necessary skills to pass any driving test;
      • Driving a motor vehicle is an inherently risky activity and there is the risk of significant personal injury or damage to property;
      • We may record telephone calls received or made by us for training and quality assurance purposes.
      • All lessons provided in our vehicles may be recorded electronically.
      • We do not accept any liability whatsoever for personal property that is left in a vehicle; and
      • If you are not the learner, you have made the Learner aware of these acknowledgements.
